Here are the meals for the past two weeks:
- Farmer’s Market Fried Rice (one of my all time favorite recipes! great of meatless Monday)
- Indian Corn Casserole – (note, this probably isn’t the healthiest meal but it was tasty)
- Turkey Tacos
- Stuffed Pizza
- Shredded Beef Sandwiches*
- Stuffed Pepper Skillet
- Skillet Meal*
- Quinoa Enchilada*
- Ham & Cannellini*
- Baked Penne with Fennel
- Also used 2 freezer meals that I made up at the beginning of the month
